Rabbi Schwartz
Rabbi Schwartz is an Orthodox Jewish Rabbi and Mohel based in Hackney who has had experience in Circumcisions since 1985. He is fully qualified to circumcise, as he is a member of the Initiation Society and has a diploma by the Medical Board. He has done 100’s of circumcisions in the time tested traditional methods.
Rabbi Schwartz tries to make anybody having a circumcision feel at ease. Circumcisions are best done in babies as the healing process is smoother and quicker but adults can also be circumcised. Whatever the age of the person being circumcised Rabbi Schwartz provides a full after care service including an open phone line for any queries.

There are many different reasons why Someone would want a circumcision:
-
Cultural – Some cultures have a custom to circumcise all boys.
-
Religious – In some religions it is obligatory to circumcise all boys.
-
Personal – People appreciate the benefits circumcision can add to their private life.
-
Medical – Doctors can sometimes advise circumcision.
Rabbi Schwartz can arrange a full traditional Jewish Circumcision Ceremony – a brit milah – with a Sandek at his Hackney clinic. Jewish custom is to circumcise on the eighth day of the babies life but circumcisions can be done at a later date. A brit milah can be done outside Hackney as well and a sponsorship may be available to cover the extra costs. Please call Rabbi Schwartz for more details.
